From April 28 to May 2, 2018 in Kiev (Ukraine) was held VI Arbitration School of UAA. The Arbitration School program was designed for both students and young practicing lawyers and consisted of five intensive days of general and specialized arbitration courses in the form of lectures, interactive hands-on classes and mock cases. Within the framework of the Arbitration School, the attorney-at-law Aliaksandr Danilevich acted as a lecturer with the theme “Introduction to Sports Arbitration”, which highlighted the differences between sports and commercial arbitration, its competence, as well as the principles of its activities and the process of disputes adjudication.
The lawyer also conveyed his experience to the young students of the school at open round table held by lecturers on career development in international arbitration.
