Article of the attorney Dr Danilevich “The Prospect of Expanding the Competence of the International Arbitration Court in Belarus regarding Interim Measures” was published in Journal of International Law and International Relations (Minsk) №1-2 2019.
The article discusses possible ways to expand the competence of the an international arbitration court in terms of interim measures. Proposals are being made to expand the scope of orders on interim measures, to impart coercive force to orders of an international arbitration court, to introduce the institution of an emergency arbitrator into the regulations of international arbitration courts in Belarus and to give it the power to issue orders on interim measures prior to the initiation of proceedings by the international arbitration court.
